Administrative Team Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Team Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and project related tasks for the Gas Services Solutions Engineering department. As the Team Assistant you will support a team of Engineering Professionals and Managers in making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing expense reports, general IT support, supporting employee Onboarding, event arrangements, and basic support of commonly used software and business platforms.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and engineering teams  
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from other departments, locally and internationally
• Support #BetterTogether Office approach with availability of in-person and remote staff on a daily basis
• Organize and schedule meetings, including offsite Teambuilding events, working with onsite catering or external venues and restaurants
• Support team with any IT issues, Vias and Passport needs, Facility requests, office supply needs, and organizational reporting
• Act as point of contact for internal and external clients

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred ; Highschool Diploma/GED preferred
• 3+ years of previous Administrative Assistant experience
• Experience Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Excel) and common Siemens Energy tools (e.g. Concur, SharePoint, People Center, Workday, COIN)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management, organization, proactive problem-solving, and networking skills

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
