Digital Employee Experience aims to deliver seamless employee experiences by minimizing technological disruptions to all Vestas employees. We aim to do so by providing products, processes and governance around digital touchpoints for our colleagues and by constantly optimizing end-to-end digital experience, proactively measure and remediate digital impediments that hinder employees from accomplishing their objectives. Responsibilities

In this position you will:

• Be one of our solution designers for Enterprise Service Management, enabled via the ServiceNow platform
• Be the Scrum Master of the team and ensure good agile practices, tools and instructions
• Be responsible for ensuring solutions that contribute to good digital employee experiences
• Engage the service domain leads and business stakeholders, and facilitate workshops with them to understand pain points, needs, and/or requirements
• Identify, consult on, and deliver service management solutions across Vestas, by engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and define these as user stories and technical tasks
• Scope, design, estimate, and configure Enterprise Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform that supports and enable business processes
• Ensure adoption of Enterprise Service Management solutions by conducting training sessions, create and share reusable training material, conduct webinars/Q&A sessions

Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent and experience with service management enabled by ServiceNow platform
• Conduct and handling workshops with Business and SME's
• You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership accountability and responsibility
• You have experience with functional and technical solution architecture and how to ensure scalable and resilient solutions
• You have experience with breaking business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria and provide both high level and detailed estimates
• You have Scrum Master training or certification
• You have an understanding and some experience within the following eg: Service management concepts and capabilities, Platform upgrades, Service Catalog Management

• Are self-motivated - You can act on your own. If you see issues while implementing a solution, you make sure that this is noted to be included in future prioritizations
• Are strict and minimalistic in your solutions and are able to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation
• Curious by nature and have a keen interest in acquiring knowledge of new functionality in ServiceNow and other new, value-adding and complementary technologies
• Have great troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
• Have high-quality standards and persistence in finding the underlying cause of problems
• Are critical, structured, and methodological focused but also enjoy the benefits of working in a team
