As a Backend Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement server-side logic, APIs, and services using Python. Ensure robust performance, security, and scalability of the application.

• Develop and maintain the user interface using React / React native. Implement responsive designs and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Work with relational and non-relational databases. Design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.

• Connect front-end and back-end components and ensure data flows smoothly between them.

• Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality code.

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for both front-end and back-end components.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Expertise in Python, experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs.

• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaboration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
