Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Event Marketing Senior Associate to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful events across the DACH region and selected global campaigns — from industry conferences and trade shows to proprietary events like the EcoVadis World Tour.You will collaborate closely with Sales, Content & Solution Marketing, and Alliances teams to ensure each event drives brand awareness, quality leads, and meaningful connections with our target audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningSupport the end-to-end event marketing strategy for regional and global B2B eventsAlign event goals with broader demand generation and brand objectivesSet SMART KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on analyticsExecution & Project ManagementManage logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and timelinesEnsure a consistent, premium brand presence across all touchpointsCoordinate speakers, booth staff, lead capture tools, giveaways, and presentationsLead Generation & Sales EnablementWork with Sales and SDAs to define lead qualification criteria (MQL/AMQL)Launch pre-, during-, and post-event communication campaigns (in HubSpot or Salesforce/Marketing Cloud)Drive fast and frictionless lead handovers and follow-upsOptimization & ReportingContinuously improve processes and playbooks for higher ROI per eventOwn dashboards to monitor performance and conversion ratesIntroduce innovation (gamification, interactive demos, booth tech) to boost engagementCross-functional CollaborationWork hand-in-hand with our global and local marketing teamsLiaise with external agencies, venues, and partners when neededChampion best practices across markets

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in SaaS or professional servicesStrong project management and multitasking skillsComfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, international environmentFluent in German and English, written and spokenExperience with lead-gen events (e.g., SAP forums, procurement expos, sustainability summits) is a big plusA hands-on, solutions-driven mindset and a passion for sustainability
