You will work with projects from scratch,&#xa0;collaborating closely with non-technical stakeholders and the tech team.</p>

<p>We are looking for a&#xa0;<strong>Product Manager (Commercial Platform &amp; Partner Growth) (f/m/d)</strong>&#xa0;to join&#xa0;<strong>Metrify&#xa0;Smart Metering</strong>&#xa0;and take end-to-end&#xa0;ownership&#xa0;of&#xa0;the core B2B product serving our partners.</p><p>In this role,&#xa0;you will work closely with&#xa0;Engineering,&#xa0;Growth, and external partners&#xa0;to turn complex market, regulatory, and operational requirements into&#xa0;scalable software&#xa0;solutions.&#xa0;You will&#xa0;build products that make smart meter&#xa0;integration,&#xa0;rollout,&#xa0;and operations simple, reliable, and scalable for our partners.&#xa0;</p><p>If&#xa0;you’re&#xa0;excited about building B2B platform products that combine APIs, data, and regulation, and where success is measured by partner adoption and scalability,&#xa0;we’d&#xa0;love to&#xa0;hear from you!&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>You will own&#xa0;the&#xa0;end-to-end&#xa0;lifecycle of&#xa0;a core B2B&#xa0;smart metering&#xa0;product,&#xa0;from&#xa0;discovery to&#xa0;partner rollout and&#xa0;ongoing optimization,&#xa0;including APIs and system integrations.</li><li>You will translate regulatory, operational, and&#xa0;partner requirements into&#xa0;a clear&#xa0;roadmap,&#xa0;actionable user stories, and partner capabilities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>You will collaborate cross-functionally with&#xa0;Engineering, Growth,&#xa0;and external partners&#xa0;to&#xa0;ensure smooth delivery, fast onboarding, and reliable partner adoption.&#xa0;</li><li>You will define and track success metrics&#xa0;focused on partner adoption, onboarding speed, and automation reliability.&#xa0;</li><li>You will continuously gather feedback from&#xa0;partners and internal stakeholders to improve&#xa0;usability, integration experience,&#xa0;and&#xa0;operational&#xa0;performance.&#xa0;</li><li>You will&#xa0;drive&#xa0;strategic efforts to&#xa0;make it easy for partners to deploy and&#xa0;operate&#xa0;smart meters reliably&#xa0;at&#xa0;scale.&#xa0;</li></ul>

Qualifications

<ol><li>You&#xa0;gained at least&#xa0;<strong>4&#xa0;years of experience in product management</strong>&#xa0;in a&#xa0;<strong>B2B or&#xa0;infrastructure&#xa0;product</strong>,&#xa0;where partner adoption&#xa0;was the&#xa0;key outcome.&#xa0;</li><li>You are experienced in&#xa0;navigating&#xa0;<strong>complex domains involving regulation, systems integration, and working directly with partners&#xa0;to support them with growth initiatives</strong>. You also have experience&#xa0;collaborating&#xa0;with cross-functional teams, especially&#xa0;Engineering and&#xa0;Growth.&#xa0;</li><li>You are familiar with API design and&#xa0;integrations; experience in energy&#xa0;markets, smart metering,&#xa0;or&#xa0;regulatory processes&#xa0;is a plus.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>You communicate clearly in&#xa0;<strong>English</strong>. Knowledge of German is a plus.&#xa0;</li><li>You&#xa0;<strong>embody agile values</strong>&#xa0;and&#xa0;<strong>take ownership</strong>&#xa0;of&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;the problem, defining what needs to be built, and shaping the solution as it evolves.&#xa0;</li></ol>
