​For our Measurement Systems group, we are looking for a competent software developer with potential to become lead software developer/architect.

You will be based in our office in Brande, Denmark.

Our software design team develop and maintain large scale measurement systems for primarily prototype turbines and test rigs.

We are working on all levels in recording, transporting, and storing measurement data, but are also developing tools for viewing, analyzing and exporting data.

Furthermore, we are working with data analytics, system surveillance and much more.

How to contribute to our vision  

As a Software Developer you will:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of the software.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality code.

What you need to make a difference

You have a background relevant to software engineering, and preferably with knowledge of measurement technology. Example of backgrounds could be e.g. a PhD/Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, physics, etc., but anyone with a matching skill set will be considered. You are a team player and can be either an experienced developer or a recent graduate.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern development tools, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Knowledge of database technologies (MSSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Java development.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and algorithms.
