Ingénieur Civil

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Civil afin de se joindre à notre mission d’accélérer la transition vers un avenir plus vert. Ce poste fait partie de notre excellente équipe Total Site. En se joignant à notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'établissement et la montée en puissance du projet et contribuerez à la construction de l'une des premières usines de batteries à grande échelle en Amérique du Nord.

À propos du poste

Northvolt recherche un(e) ingénieur(e) technique pour coordonner l'ingénierie des infrastructures hydrauliques du site. Il s'agit notamment d'une prise d'eau et de déversement dans la rivière, de stations de pompage, de réseaux d'eau brute, d'eau sanitaire, d'eau pluviale, d'eau potable et de protection contre les incendies.

À propos de l'équipe

Vous intégrerez une équipe de 10 personnes passionnées. Basé à notre bureau de Montréal (80% du temps) ou sur site (Mc Masterville 20% du temps), la personne recrutée devra gérer les exigences des différentes parties prenantes et coordonner les différents bureaux d'études pour assurer la construction de ces infrastructures dans un cadre d'excellence environementale.

Les principales responsabilités sont :

1) Coordonner, superviser et examiner le travail des professionnels de l'ingénierie et de la construction pour les infrastructures civiles :

- les réseaux d'eau souterrains (eau potable, protection incendie, eau brute, égouts sanitaires et pluviaux)

- infrastructures fluviales (prises d'eau et déversement)

- infrastructures de gestion des eaux pluviales (bassins de rétention, contrôle des sédiments, égouts, fossés et ponceaux).

2) la gestion des parties prenantes et les présentations aux différentes parties prenantes et autorités.

3) Maitriser toutes les étapes de la conception et de la construction est requise, depuis le concept, l'obtention des permis, la conception détaillée et la construction.

4) préparer et examiner les documents d'appel d'offres pour les services d'ingénierie et de construction (cahier des charges, spécifications et devis quantitatifs)

5) préparer des estimations de coûts, des rapports, des calendriers et des présentations

6) Effectuer des visites sur le terrain et coordonner les activités de construction.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our mission to accelerate the transition to a greener future. This role is part of our excellent Total Site team. By joining our team, you will play a key role in the establishment and ramp-up of the project and contribute to the construction of one of the first large-scale battery plants in North America.

About the job

Northvolt is looking for a technical engineer to coordinate the engineering of the site's hydraulic infrastructure. This includes a water intake and discharge into the river, pumping stations, raw water, sanitary water, rainwater, drinking water and fire protection networks.

About the team

You will join a team of 10 passionate people. Based in our Montreal office (80% of the time) or on site (Mc Masterville 20% of the time), the person recruited will have to manage the requirements of the various stakeholders and coordinate the various design offices to ensure the construction of these infrastructures within a framework of environmental excellence.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1) Coordinating, supervising and reviewing the work of engineering and construction professionals for civil infrastructure :- underground water networks (drinking water, fire protection, raw water, sanitary and storm sewers)- river infrastructure (water intakes and discharges)- stormwater management infrastructure (retention basins, sediment control, sewers, ditches and culverts).2) Stakeholder management and presentations to the various stakeholders and authorities.3) Mastering all stages of design and construction is required, from concept, obtaining permits, detailed design and construction.4) Preparing and reviewing tender documents for engineering and construction services (specifications and bills of quantities).5) Preparing cost estimates, reports, schedules and presentations.6) Conduct site visits and coordinate construction activities.

• Expérience de la réglementation locale du Québec
• Projets industriels multiphases à grande échelle
• Gestion de projets d'ingénierie
• Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en génie civil
• Communication bilingue : Communiquer couramment en français et en anglais pour collaborer efficacement avec une équipe diversifiée et assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes locales et internationales.

Points bonus pour :

• Expérience et intérêt pour l'industrie manufacturière
• Expérience dans le domaine des infrastructures fluviales
• Expérience dans un environnement multiculturel
• Expérience avec les autorités chargées de délivrer les permis (municipales, provinciales et fédérales)
