The Regional Procurement Office (RPO) LATAM is responsible for all Procurement and SQD activities related to Latin America. The RPO consists of the following sub departments: Direct Material Purchasing, Construction Purchasing, Service Purchasing, Operational Buying, Supplier Quality and Development.

The Senior Procurement Manager Service LATAM is responsible to develop and maintain the optimum Value Chain for the region, considering the Commercial, Financial, Capacity, Delivery and Quality dimensions. This role is responsible for developing the Strategic agenda on Services, engaging local and global stakeholders, and assuring successful deployment into tactical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and develop the Procurement Services Team

• Establish and develop a cost efficient, agile, and high quality supplier base in the region• Strategize the right level of local content, considering regulatory needs, FX exposure, risk management, time-to-market dynamics, and taxes and procedures

• Develop supplier base in new markets

• Leverage the Global expertise on commodities, cost break-down and should cost modeling in the region

• Seek for high quality competitive advantages

• Promote sustainable cost out by partnering with internal stakeholders and with suppliers

• Establish capacity and risk management practices and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree

• Consolidated experience in comparable leadership roles, exposed to large industrial applications related Procurement

• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English

• Financial and economical understanding

• Experience in the Energy or Infrastructure Industry is desirable

• Great leadership skills, committed to team development

• Strategic Mindset - able to shape and implement long-term value generation strategies

• Resilience / good work ethic

• Stakeholder Management skills - experience in matrix organizations

• Communication skills - Speak up attitude
