How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, validating designs through user testing and iterating based on feedback
• Design clean, modern user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and build UI components within design systems
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure designs meet accessibility guidelines and advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX process and UI design work
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Understanding of HTML/CSS concepts (development skills not required) and experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Proven experience developing user interface platforms for energy sector organizations, such as Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and Distribution System Operators (DSOs)
• Familiarity with design systems, prototyping tools, and collaboration tools (e.g., FigJam, Miro)
