Job Description

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Logistics Cost Management Intern to join our passionate Central Logistics team.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented intern to join our dynamic Logistics PMO team as a Logistics Cost Management Intern. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the field of logistics cost management, working alongside experienced professionals on various projects. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including data analysis, cost modelling and reporting, and supporting the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start, building the landscape of the first large-scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play a significant role in the transformation to a carbon-free society.

Some of the things you would get to do on the job (actual order will likely be quite different):

• Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of logistics cost data.
• Support the development and maintenance of cost models and forecasts.
• Identify and analyze cost trends and variances.
• Participate in cost-saving initiatives and projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate cost findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in logistics cost management

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other relevant software programs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
