Manager, SDC Service Operation Support

Vestas is currently seeking to fill a position to strengthen our Service Delivery Center team!   Service> Global Service Operations > Service Delivery Center The department of Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the globe.  Main areas of responsibility are Technical Planning of Unscheduled & Scheduled Works, Continuous Improvement Management and SAP/Salesforce System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, retain and motivate team.
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members
• Monitor performance and support optimization of operational processes and tools, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to improve efficiency
• Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external customers
• Representing managed area during business meetings, audits, customer visits
• Securing high quality of customer service
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the department in alignment with the overall goals of the organization matrix organization delivering into the regional Service Organization

  Qualifications

• Relevant previous experience as a manager/ leader of leaders
• Operational leadership experience from areas such as service, engineering, production
• Experience in renewables/ oil and gas/ onshore/ offshore is important but not a must
• Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups on various organization levels
• Ability to operate in a collaborative environment balancing fast decision-making with a holistic problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in process optimization and migration would be an asset
• Fluent English and Polish is required
