Administers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules of all machineries in the plant assigned, and plans the respective activities and resources needed.

Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.). Phasing of activity Load and Capacity Planning (used for commercial forecast also)Planning MeetingsPlanning of auxiliary hoisting equipment requestManagement and control of Work Orders (WO) (Completing/closing SO, Notification management - rejected jobs, amending hours/correcting hours…..)Implementing preventive maintenance activities Implement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planningActivity PlanningPlanning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.)Weekly planning of pending tasksRaising Notifications/Service Orders for Daily Jobs (Inc. Z1 MORS Notifications)Create Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitor created Service OrderHandle and check different types of Service orders created within SAPRetrofits: Plan and provide manpower, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - create and handle Service Order in SAPStatutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with ContractManage MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective teamsCreation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work, execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicable
