In this Customer Service position at our site in Wesseling / Cologne, you will take full responsibility for the commercial processing of customer orders and ensure precise, on-time and customer-oriented invoicing – particularly for our key accounts. You thus support smooth billing processes and make a major contribution to customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

  • Create, check and process invoices for our key accounts within commercial order processing.
  • Maintain and monitor billing-relevant data in our systems to guarantee correct and transparent invoicing.
  • Coordinate regularly with internal departments and external partners to ensure a smooth billing workflow.
  • Handle customer enquiries on invoicing: clarify discrepancies, answer queries and find rapid, suitable solutions.
  • Help optimise billing and customer-service processes to continuously increase efficiency, quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare evaluations, reports and analyses to support management decisions.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk or comparable qualification.
  • Ideally first experience in invoicing, accounting or commercial order processing – preferably in a key-account environment.
  • Structured, meticulous and solution-oriented working style.
  • Enjoy working in a team, clear communicator and comfortable in dynamic work surroundings.
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and SAP; strong affinity for digital tools and systems.
