Job Description

• Support quarterly and annual financial reporting for Kanadevia Inova in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP, and the requirements of the parent company in Japan.
• Assist in coordinating external audits for Kanadevia Inova AG and its international subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and internal accounting policies.
• Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of internal controls (ICS) in compliance with Japanese SOX regulations and Swiss law.
• Collaborate on ERP system enhancements, M&A financial due diligence, and other finance-related projects.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the consolidation system, Tagetik

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling (e.g., Business Administration or CPA qualification).
• At least 4 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm, ideally involving international clients and IFRS.
• Strong interest in transitioning from audit to an in-house finance role.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP; experience with consolidated financial statements is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
