Design Engineer (100%)

Root cause analysis: You support investigations into technical issues and help define the design basis for solutions that improve the operational reliability, availability, and performance of the Generation 2 Capture Unit.  

Concept development: You contribute to detailed design concepts, maintain accurate documentation, and support prototype fabrication and testing to validate improvements. 

Product data management: You create and maintain mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials in the company’s PLM system (Windchill). 

Design ownership: You ensure designs meet defined requirements, apply GD&T principles, and lead your own design projects from concept to implementation. 

Testing and validation: You assist in prototype fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting, helping verify and validate that design solutions meet performance and reliability targets.  

Continuous improvement: You participate in design reviews, quality assurance processes, and D-FMEA to ensure continuous improvement. 

Cross-functional communication: You work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing ideas, handling IP-sensitive topics with care, and supporting early-stage R&D in sustainable technologies.
