In a global, motivated team you coordinate technical power-transmission studies and work closely with customers to develop tailored solutions that raise energy efficiency and cut environmental impact. You guide clients toward optimal choices and take part in high-impact projects.How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead consulting engagements to completion, aligning and coaching multicultural technical teams.
• Oversee power-system analyses, transmission and industrial-network planning, and grid-interconnection studies for large generation, storage and load assets.
• Support clients through grid-connection requests, identify risks and commercial implications.
• Integrate power-electronic devices, renewables, storage and HVDC into AC grids from concept to execution.
• Analyse high-frequency phenomena: harmonics, transient overvoltages, TRV, missing zero-crossings, inrush currents.
• Drive business development: craft proposals that address client challenges and build the right execution team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Proven experience in steady-state and transient power-system analysis.
• Demonstrated team-leadership skills.
• Expert knowledge of transmission planning and operational studies (100 kV – 765 kV), load-flow, dynamic and voltage stability, protection coordination, short-circuit and transfer limits.
• Advanced expertise in HVDC, FACTS, power electronics, industrial power supply and renewables.
• Proficiency in simulation tools: PSS/E, TARA, PSLF, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, PSCAD/EMTDC, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Hands-on programming skills: Python, FORTRAN, MATLAB, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
