As a certified B Corp active in 19 countries since our founding in Denmark in 2015, we’ve already saved more than 19 million meals — the equivalent of 51,430 tons of CO2e avoided. In Belgium, our team of 30+ colleagues connects over 3 million users with thousands of local partners.

And we’re just getting started.We are proud of what we have achieved so far, but have we mentioned that the problem is huge?  That's why we are looking for an intern to support our sales team. As a Sales Hero Intern, you’ll play a key role in our mission, all while gaining hands-on experience in the sales world.

Your mission

As a Sales Intern at Too Good To Go, you’ll be a vital part of our sales team — helping local food businesses (from cozy bakeries to busy supermarkets) join the fight against food waste. You'll inspire new partners to get on board, guide them through their first steps on the app, and make sure they get the most out of the platform.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes this internship exciting!  Your mornings start with a coffee or tea, either at our vibrant Brussels office or from the comfort of your home. You’ll be in the office at least twice a week — Mondays for sure, when we gather for our team meeting to align on goals and celebrate wins. The rest of the week, you’ll be "on the road" in Brussels and mostly Wallonia — by bike, train, or Cambio — meeting potential partners, sparking their interest, and showing them how Too Good To Go can help them make a real difference. 

Between visits & cold calls, you'll manage your leads in Salesforce, keep your pipeline up to date, and support new partners by phone, making sure they feel confident, welcomed, and ready to launch their first Surprise Bags. Under the guidance of our Sales Specialists, you’ll also learn to pitch with clarity and passion, and turn new partners into true ambassadors of our mission.

And of course, there’s always time for chats, team lunches, and coffee breaks, because having fun and connecting with your teammates is just as important, duuh.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You’re currently enrolled in an official academic program and can provide a school agreement (must-have!)
• You speak fluent French, with a professional level of English. You speak other languages too? That’s always a plus! 
• You have a strong interest in learning and developing everything there is to know about sales. 
• You’re fearless on the phone, cold calling doesn’t scare you, and you know how to spark engaging conversations, even with someone you've never spoken to before.
• You’re resilient, proactive, and eager to learn.
• You’re organized, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• You enjoy problem-solving and are excited to help local businesses get started on their food waste journey.
• You have a valid driver's license
• Bonus points if you’ve got experience with cold calling or customer contact

• Compensation: €280 net per month + full reimbursement of work-related travel expenses.
