Professional | Full-Time | Finance 

As a Cost Management Professional, you will play a key role in aligning operational planning with financial performance across the MED region. Working within the Service Management Office, you will support strategic initiatives and provide critical insights to aid business decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with subregional service teams and the Regional Service Management Office to ensure consistent execution and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge short-, mid-, and long-term operational planning with financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with subregional service teams and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure governance standards are upheld in coordination with finance and operations teams, integrating diverse perspectives for optimal decision-making.
• Analyze business performance indicators, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support financial forecasting by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Assist in implementing regional coordination measures to maintain strategic alignment.
• Support the adoption of new tools and processes related to cost management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective implementation.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Engineering).
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, finance, or performance management.
• Strategic thinker with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of basic financial principles.
• Familiarity with the wind industry or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
