Service Coördinator / Planner

* Regularly analyses maintenance plans, critical timelines in manufacturing and double-checks respective resources, and available stocks of materials, parts and components. * Contributes to the design and planning of monthly or weekly repair and maintenance plans. * Calculates and deploys short-term and mid-term maintenance plans for assigned manufacturing site. * Interacts with manufacturing operation, logistics and vendors, and calculates optimized delivery sequences, to minimize manufacturing interferences. * Schedules personnel, and calculates parts, tools and material flow, set-up times, repair and maintenance schedules, and effects on production process. * Analyses maintenance and repair reports, and files and maintains planning documentation and reports in IT systems.
