Risk & Contract Management

Responsibilities:

• Overall contracts administration activities ( contracts deconstruct, contract kick-off meeting, routine notices, claims, variation orders and amendments, liaison with stakeholders)​
• Advisory role (counselling to project team, assessment of rights, obligations, risk and disputes, highlight major commercial and contractual risks, support resolving commercial disputes and settlements​
• Recordkeeping (securely archive all formal correspondence and contractual documentation)​

• Risk Management (contract related issues)​
• Support Construction Bid Management on new business opportunities​
• Support Construction Bid Management and Procurement on TCI Agreements​
• Support project team with project related claims​
• Insurances polices and warranty bonds documentation check (w/ external expert support) and record of documentation

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Law, Engineer, Administration or other similar
• Advanced English
• Advanced Spanish
• Experiencie with energy
• Experiencie with Contract Management
