Accounts Payable Accountant

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for several entities. With your experience and knowledge of processes and accounting systems, you are a great asset to our team.

Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Accountant initially include:

• Process purchase invoices (PO and non PO) in an accurate and timely manner; 

• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Construction Management, Operations, IT) or suppliers  to resolve discrepancies;

• Process daily bank statements and perform monthly reviews of the accounts payable aging report;

• Maintain the accuracy of vendor master data;

• Assist in maintaining organized financial records, including sales invoices and accounts receivable documentation;

• Actively participate in process improvement projects and system implementations;

• Support the accounting team with month-end closing activities, VAT return preparation, and documentation for the annual audit;

• Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
