Wir suchen erfahrene Feuerwehrleute für unsere Werkfeuerwehr, die uns auf unserer Mission unterstützen, zu einer grüneren Zukunft beizutragen. Als Feuerwehrmann (m/w/d) wirst du Teil unseres HSSE-Teams in Heide und eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau unserer Werksfeuerwehr spielen.

Über das Team Du wirst Teil unserer zukünftigen Werkfeuerwehr sein, die schrittweise auf etwa 52 Mitarbeiter anwachsen wird. Das Team wird sowohl vor Ort als auch an der Feuerwehrakademie stationiert sein, wo du und andere erfahrene Feuerwehrleute Schulungen für unsere Auszubildenden anbieten werdet. Sobald die Werkfeuerwehr einsatzbereit ist, wirst du im 24-Stunden-Schichtbetrieb (24/48) arbeiten. Deine Qualifikationen und deine ausgeprägten Führungsqualitäten werden entscheidend für die Unterstützung dieser Prozesse sein.**

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• Ausführende Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Brandschutz, technische Hilfeleistung, Werksicherheit, Rettungsdienst sowie in speziellen Bereichen und Werkstätten der Werkfeuerwehr.
• Arbeit in der Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle.
• Einsatz als stellvertretender Leiter der Werkfeuerwehr, Zugführer oder Gruppenführer im Schicht- und Tagesdienst, je nach Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen.
• Einsatzleitdienst der Werkfeuerwehr bis hin zur Führungsebene A-C gemäß FwDV 100 im 24-Stunden-Dienst und in der TEL/Staffel der Werkfeuerwehr.
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Betriebsübungen für Notfälle und Nutzung persönlicher und beruflicher Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten zur Erhaltung der körperlichen Fitness.

Das bringst du mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt (ehemals gehobener feuerwehrtechnischer Dienst) oder in der Laufbahngruppe 1, 2. Einstiegsamt (ehemals mittlerer feuerwehrtechnischer Dienst).
• Vollständige Qualifikation für den Feuerwehrdienst und im Besitz einer Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse C oder CE.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe persönliche Belastbarkeit, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, situatives Entscheidungsvermögen und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office.
• Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am 24-Stunden-Schichtdienst (24/48).****

We are looking for experienced fire fighters for our plant fire brigade to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent HSSE team based in Heide. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing our site fire department and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

** About the job** As a member of our developing plant fire brigade, your top priorities will be the safety and health of our employees, as well as the protection of the environment and our facilities. You will play a crucial role in the formation and growth of our plant fire brigade, which is an essential part of our safety architecture, focusing on both hazard prevention and hazard defense.

Since the plant fire brigade is in its early stages, you will have the opportunity to participate in the foundation of the team through your creativity and commitment. To support you in this, we offer personal and professional development opportunities.

About the team You will be part of our future plant fire brigade, which will gradually grow to operate with around 52 employees. The team will be based both on-site and at the fire academy, where you and other experienced firefighters will provide trainings for our trainees. Once the plant fire brigade is operational, you will work a 24-hour shift (24/48). When the plant fire brigade goes into operation you will work a 24-hour shift (24/48). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• In your future role, you will perform tasks in the areas of fire protection, technical assistance, plant security, rescue services as well as in specialised areas and workshops of the plant fire brigade.
• Work in the emergency call and service control centre.
• Depending on your skills and qualifications, you may be deployed as deputy head of the plant fire brigade, platoon leader, or group leader on shift and day duty.
• Based on your skills and qualifications, you may serve in the operational command service of the plant fire brigade, up to and including command level A-C in accordance with FwDV 100 on 24-hour duty and working in the TEL/staff of the plant fire brigade.
• Regularly participate in company drills for emergencies and take advantage of our personal and professional training opportunities to maintain your physical fitness.

We believe that you have :

• Successfully completed training in career group 2, 1st entry level (formerly advanced fire service) or career group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly intermediate fire service)
• Fully qualified for the fire service and in possession of a class C or CE driving license
• Fluent German speaking and writing skills
• High personal resilience, organizational and assertiveness skills, situational decision-making and conflict management skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• High social skills, flexibility, and resilience, with a willingness to participate in 24-hours shift work (24/48).
• Strong teamwork abilities, along with motivation and commitment, complete your profile.
