The Company

Kraken Technologies launched to market four years ago, offering energy utilities one simple end-to-end customer management and local flexibility optimization solution (Kraken) to help them and their customers transition to a decarbonized future. Your Mission:

A Client Implementation Lead is a shining example of the Kraken culture and way of working, believing in decision-making based on simplicity, customer benefit and efficiency. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the intricacies of the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, leading workstreams whilst embedding skills and empowering them to operate effectively. From initial pre-build conversations to the transfer phase, your leadership will set the foundation for success. You’ll be driving a program of change that transitions the client into a new operating model, handling the pain points of change that comes with this and cultivating a new way of working that can ensure the operating model is a success. Responsibilities: Kraken Ambassador Champion the Kraken model! Live and breathe what we preach and beresponsible for convincing clients that it’s the best way to run their business! Lead by example with the best practices and key behavioural principles to clients, emphasising their positive impact on both the organisation and its peopleRecruitmentIdentify the best talent with a lens on reducing bias and championing diversity Be a key part of the client recruitment transformation!Coaching & Mentoring Thrive in a 1:1 setting working on development of senior client leaders and your team-members Provide bespoke advice and coaching to push clients to the next level.Leadership Development Be involved in high-level group programs focusing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication and Principled Decision-making among many others sections!Mission skills:Define a clear agreement for transitioning to the next phase Be curious in helping clients visualise their pain-points and commit to working with them to overcome it Build trustworthy relationships rapidly, pushing clients and your team to create positive transformations Provide psychological safety, encouragement, and coaching to empower both the client and the internal team to solve problems 

What You'll Need to Have

Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) Extensive experience in the Utilities industry (preferably in Spain) Able to be based in Oviedo and have the necessary visa / right to work in SpainStrong experience of leading aspects of operational transformation programmes, ideally in utilities Proven experience presenting to senior stakeholders with confidence Ability to understand what success looks like for the client A flair for influencing and natural ability to “sell” Kraken’s ways of working and promote it’s benefits Proven experience in building relationships and trust with the clients 

Key Skills:

Instil confidence in the ways of working, showcasing Kraken’s credibility and trustworthiness Work within the client to demonstrate tasks and platform usage Define a clear agreement for transitioning to the next phase Ability to train; onboarding and supporting the current team with improvements to embed the knowledge and skills within the client Set up key operational processes within the client, including scheduling, skills academy, and functional processes like billing Work with the client to create skills academy (up-skilling) programme and be involved in delivering leadership development programme, whilst always focusing on embedding the skills to the client Be curious in helping clients visualise their pain-points and commit to working with them to overcome it Utilise strong influencing skills to drive change, especially with resistant stakeholders and bad practices Build trustworthy relationships rapidly, pushing clients and your team to create positive transformations Provide psychological safety, encouragement, and coaching to empower both the client and the internal team to solve problems
