How to contribute to our vision

For our region Onshore NEME we are looking for a controlling professional with the ambition to master the complexity of the NEME organization and system setup by applying his advanced controlling and communication skills. Our team is located in Hamburg (Germany) and Vejle (Denmark) . Successful execution of your task does include communication with various partners like our NEME country controller, accounting and corporate controlling. We feel responsible for our work and deliver to our promise, we value everyone's skills and are constantly looking for improve.

·Drives all aspects of planning (actuals, forecasts) and calculating yearly budgets for defined cost centers

·Control Headcount development and maintain HC tool

·Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan including investigations for open topics and pursuing the fulfilment of agreed measures.

·Prepares monthly reporting and forecasting for onshore with special focus on legal entity Denmark and Germany

·Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

·Bachelor or Master’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Management Accountancy, Business Management Administration or similar

·Around 1-3 years’ experience in the controlling area

·Self-driven, motivated, engaged in delivering tasks within deadline

·Ability to overcome challenges and persistence in development

·Experienced in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI etc.

·Coordination and communication skills

·Ability to build up a network within an international team and collaboration with an intercultural team

·Advanced English skills
