How to contribute to our vision...

The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, the Engineering Master Data (BoM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM).

For our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for a skilled developer with expertise in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power BI. Data Reporting Analysts develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform data into meaningful information using data-oriented tools and visualization software.

Responsibilities include

By delegation from Platform and reporting to the 5X PIN Configuration Manager, Change Manager PM’s main responsibilities encompasses a broad range of responsibilities. The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will also have experience with SharePoint and PowerApps to create integrated, data-driven solutions.

Power BI Development:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
  • Optimize Power BI datasets, data models, and reports for performance.
  • Implement advanced analytics features such as DAX measures, custom visuals, and Power Query transformations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Integrate Power BI with other Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint and Teams for seamless user experience.
  • Ensure security and access controls are properly implemented within Power BI.

SharePoint Development:

  • Customize and manage SharePoint sites and workflows.
  • Develop solutions using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and other SharePoint tools.
  • Integrate SharePoint with PowerApps and Power BI to create cohesive business applications.
  • Maintain and manage SharePoint libraries, lists, and permissions.

PowerApps Development:

  • Design and develop custom PowerApps solutions to meet business needs.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Power BI, and other data sources.
  • Maintain and enhance existing PowerApps applications.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Ideally a person with process knowledge combined with wind turbine technology experience. Most important it to be able to act as a case owner and be able to find and fix issues by implementing the adequate solution.

  • BSc or MSCs in Engineering.
  • Experience working in a Document Management System (DMS)/Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system preferably Teamcenter and SAP.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including customizations and workflows.
  • Experience with PowerApps development and integration with SharePoint and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Additional Competences

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
  • In-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies
  • Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management
  • Thorough understanding of management and data administration duties such as collection, analysis, and distribution.
