Dispatcher- Kozani, Serres or Alexandroupoli

Service Operational Support Department Greece and Cyprus Working as a Field Operations Dispatcher as part of Service Operations and reporting to the Planning Team Leader, your task is to schedule the jobs for service technicians on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in accordance with the approved global process instructions, business rules and your own best knowledge. You will streamline the workload and efficiently handle things impacting the plans, to ensure the flow of work will be stable and technicians will have work to do.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:  •    Balance all assigned Portfolio orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity •    Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to cover demand •    Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time and confirmed available at storage location before crew mobilization •    Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis •    Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contract

Qualifications

•    Thinking and acting in processes •    High degree of flexibility (working in changing environment) •    Interpersonal skills •    High communications skills  •    Safety awareness  •    System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce beneficial, however training will be given

Competencies

• We are looking for a well organized person that is able to keep the overview in a continously changing environment.
• Daily follow up of activities, schedules and planning parameters is a must.
