HSE Trainee - Taranto (IT)

Are you a proficient Legal Counsel who would like to use your abilities to create a more sustainable world? 

Responsibilities:

• Creation of local HSE documents (risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plans, customer specific procedures, etc) 
• Mantain updated HSE Database
• Perform HSE training (basic safety training as required by local regulations) including set up of training requirements according to local legislation
• Actively, support the development and realization of a "Zero Incident Culture".
• Responsible to provide support and collaboration on QSE matters .

Qualifications:

• master's degree in scientific matter (eg. Master Degree in Environmental or Safety Engineer)
• Fluent English
• In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and best practices, quality ISO standards, concepts, processes and procedures
• Expertise in hazard job site assessment/analysis/solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Development/implementation of processes and procedures, including comprehensive HSE Plans

Competencies:

• Proven and effective communication skills at every level (from site to boardroom) required
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, to work efficiently, adapt to new/changing situations.
• Solid interpersonal, computer, presentation and collaboration skills
• Competence on HSE Legislation and waste regulation
