We are looking for a Long-Term Planner, who will plan and control quantities for assigned logistic processes based in Italy and Greece, inventories and stocks, to ensure a 100% availability of all input factors and to contribute to superior logistic process quality.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Long-Term Planner within Siemens Gamesa, you will support the Onshore Wind Farm projects within Italy and Greece by performing load and capacity planning, organizing, implementing and maintaining schedule management system for operations in this area.

In this role you will also…

· Maintain Project Maintenance Schedule (Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.).

· Resource management and cost optimization with detecting potential improvements.

· Blade campaigns planification.

· Supporting to Service Operational Manager to provide transparency on the project status.

· Planning compliance reporting

· Internal/external resource availability planning

· Planning compliance reporting

· Regular briefing

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We also expect you to have…

· Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and operational activities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent negotiation and customer service skills and an enhanced experience

· Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership, and effective team management using varied resources across multiple geographical, departmental and organizations

· Be self-motivated, able to think quickly, multi-task and address problems as they arise.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills along with fluency in English and Italian language

· No barrier to drive (Class-B license)

· Proficiency in MS office 365 programs (SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, Power BI etc..)

· Ability to follow technical instructions and technical drawings in English

· SAP Planning knowledge

· Travel required: up to 15%
