How to contribute to our vision

* Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective organization unit according to the production quality strategy and respective local regulations.* Plans, implements and follows up the audit program (including certification audits where applicable) and assessments.* Implements the global quality programs with his partner production sites, and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.Drives continuous improvement with his management and lessons learned across assigned plants.* Ensures that product safety activities are in line with internal and external regulations.* Ensures the clarification of customer complaints regarding manufacturing and/or supplier issues.* Ensures production unit relevant regulations are identified and processes are developed to meet these requirements.* Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting.* Ensures and controls implementation of quality methods and risk management in production processes, projects and products (8D, RCA, Q-Gates, FMEA).* Ensures and improves the relevant production quality reporting including Management Review within the BU.* Plans and proposes quality budget, and decides allocation of related financial and personnel resources, within given limits.* Executes the competence management and training system for quality related competences.* Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated supervisors and professionals.* Collaborates with the QM-network and business accountable units (e.g. R&D, Purchase, SPS etc.) to achieve quality business goals.* Implements and adapts the communication to ensure understanding and awareness of specific quality topics.*Participates in new product development projects releases (e.g. in connection with Q-Gates).

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing
  • advanced English 
  • knowledge of office package
  • knowledge in health and safety environment quality
  • leadership skills
