Department The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, billing) and preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Service Sales Engineer who will intervene within the Customer Support unit to negotiate the maintenance contracts and to ensure coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams, with the main goal of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities You will be part of a team of 7 people located within both our offices in Pérols (34) and Paris La Défense (92), and you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop the portfolio of established clients, as well as developing relationships by actively participating in customer satisfaction
• Define, verify, and negotiate maintenance contracts in support of the sales department
• Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts
• Promote, sell and negotiate additional parts and maintenance services on multibrand turbines 
• Build and value offers to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts
• Ensure inter-departmental coordination within the Vestas Group to solve customer issues
• Participate in the interaction between maintenance, logistics, technology, construction, and sales teams
• Grow Vestas market share versus our competitor’s
• Respect and enforce the Group's quality and security standards

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) Engineering, business, marketing and sales or related field of study.
• Fluent in English/French required
• Good Knowledge of the office pack in general, and SAP is beneficial
• At least 7 years of experience in accounts receivable management, wind/renewable energy desired

• Good commercials skills
• Creative, motivated, autonomous, results-oriented, current, willing to travel for work
