How to contribute to our vision

Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get a chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

You will be part of a small, dedicated team who provides support and advisory to the engineering department within the Offshore Business Unit. The main areas of work are cost optimization, resource management, performance reporting and digitalization. The team is located in Vejle, Denmark and Bangalore, India. We expect you to come to the office in Vejle 1-2 days a week and work up to 25 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

· Supporting Offshore Engineering – Project Management Office team in their tasks and accountabilities;

· Driving and executing tasks proactively with high quality;

· Supporting data collection and analysis of selected ongoing reporting using MS Office tools;

· Maintaining different Excel databases and reporting tools;

· Communicating with internal stakeholders to collect data and report findings;

· Collaboration across many different departments and offshore project teams;

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor´s or Master’s level) in Denmark within the field of Economics, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Organizational Communication (or similar).

You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.

To be successful in this role, you’re bringing with you:

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

· Good communication & stakeholder management skills;

· The ability to work on multiple topics at the same time;

· You independently take the initiative to ask and clarify questions, and provide sound, timely solutions;

· A willingness to learn & a willingness to support the team;

· You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing;

· It is a big advantage if you have experience with studying/working in an international environment;

· Flexible mindset and readiness to handle ad-hoc tasks;
