How to contribute to our vision

  • The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support on resource management activities within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective use of resource management tools, data gathering, reporting, and supporting project portfolio management efforts.

  • You will play a significant role in the team's success by ensuring that data is accurate, updated, and utilized to help with budget planning and project execution.

  • As part of the Equipment Excellence team, you will help support team leads and project managers by preparing reports and analysis using tools such as Meisterplan (Resource management tool).

  • Your role ensures the company maintains its focus on resource efficiency and portfolio milestone tracking.

  • This position is key in aligning internal teams with the company's strategic objectives and supporting critical reporting initiatives.

  • The role reports to the Leader of Equipment Excellence team under the Equipment Strategy and Value Engineering function and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and resources are aligned to the company’s overall vision.

  • This role is mainly office-based (Bangalore) but may involve working with stakeholders across different locations.

  • Provide operational support on resource management activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Assist team leads, project managers, and department heads with monthly data updates and trend analysis on resource management.

  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports in Meisterplan to track performance and identify trends.

  • Support data gathering processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data.

  • Update project portfolio milestones, ensuring that all changes are documented and communicated effectively.

  • Provide training on the use of Meisterplan to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain the relationship with Meisterplan suppliers and test new functionality releases.

  • Assist in the preparation of data for BA/HR on organizational changes, reorganization activities, and job code changes.

  • Support the budget planning process by providing relevant data and insights.

  • Manage monthly meetings, including agenda planning, meeting invites, and finalizing meeting packages.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be a key driver of the organization’s resource management strategy. By ensuring data accuracy, supporting advanced reporting, and maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, you will help ensure the company remains agile and aligned with its long-term goals. Your ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams will contribute to maintaining the company’s operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of project coordination experience with strong expertise in portfolio management.

  • Knowledge of and experience with globally recognized portfolio management tools such as Meisterplan.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and large organizations.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with large-scale resource management and reporting tools.

  • Experience in advanced reporting initiatives, particularly in equipment or similar fields.
