Business Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Controller, you will act as a strategic financial partner to the Factory CFO, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting key decisions that drive the factory’s performance. Your day will involve preparing and consolidating budgets and forecasts, monitoring essential KPIs such as Order Intake, Revenue, Profit, and Free Cash Flow, and performing variance analysis to provide transparent insights and recommendations. You will oversee factory utilization and absorption, manage cost center budgets and CAPEX, maintain clean books and records, and ensure accurate product costing across production lines. Working closely with operational leaders, you will identify improvement opportunities, strengthen profitability, and contribute directly to the financial excellence and growth of the execution unit.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the complete budgeting and forecasting cycle for key financial KPIs.
• Develop financial models to support strategic projects, performance reviews, and decision-making.
• Control cost center budgets and ensure alignment with operational and financial targets.
• Oversee and monitor CAPEX investments and ensure compliance with approved priorities.
• Guarantee accurate product costing and cost allocation by maintaining factory regulative and methodologies.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and support initiatives that boost profitability and cash flow.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional experience in controlling, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial controlling, and product costing.
• Proficiency in SAP (financial modules) and advanced Excel skills within the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and capability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to partner effectively with operational teams.

You will join the factory’s Finance organization, working closely with the Factory CFO and cross-functional operational teams. The group is dedicated to ensuring robust financial management, data integrity, and strategic support for the execution unit.
