Snapshot of Your Day

  • We are looking for a candidate to coordinate labour supply with production demand across all five manufacturing segments
  • Interpret routing and planning data to define labour requirements by segment and shift
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve resource allocation models and dashboards
  • Manage staffing plans, factoring in annual leave, sickness, absenteeism, and overtime
  • Support the rollout, integration, and ongoing support of the Time & Attendance System, including biometric access, automated leave workflows, and overtime tracking.
  • Support the coordination of activities required to maintain and operate the Time and Attendance system across the plant.
Collaborate closely with HR, Planning, and Operations to optimise workforce strategiesMonitor and report on KPIs related to resource utilisation, availability, and shift compliance

How You’ll Make an Impact

Time & Attendance System Support

  • Support the day to day operation of the Time and Attendance system, ensuring shift patterns, absence types, and working time rules are correctly applied.
  • Assist with system updates, testing activities, and small configuration changes as directed by senior team members or system specialists.
  • Act as a key driver in helping to embed new systems and processes that improve workforce visibility, accuracy, and governance.
Labour Coordination & Operational Support
  • Ensure labour is coordinated effectively so that the right people are in the right place at the right time to meet production and takt requirements.
  • Support operational continuity by proactively identifying staffing risks, gaps, and additional labour needs.
  • Bring structure and clarity to a fast moving environment by focusing on consistency, accuracy, and reliable coordination.
User Support & System Adoption
  • Provide frontline guidance to employees and leaders, assisting with system navigation, time entry queries, and day to day operational questions.
  • Maintain and update user guides, quick reference documents, and SOPs to support consistent adoption.
  • Foster collaboration across HR, Payroll, Operations, and Support Functions to align labour planning with plant wide objectives.
Time, Attendance & Absence Data Administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of attendance, absence, and overtime information.
  • Validate data to support payroll cycles, raising queries and resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain audit ready data standards by applying strong attention to detail and consistency.
Reporting & Data Driven Insights
  • Produce routine attendance, absence, and overtime reports using Excel and Power BI to support daily and weekly operational reviews.
  • Improve workforce efficiency and planning accuracy by contributing to data driven models, trackers, and forecasting tools.
  • Highlight emerging trends, data gaps, and workforce risks to senior team members to support informed decision making.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Support adherence to Working Time Regulations, internal policies, and operational standards by maintaining accurate and compliant records.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and strengthen system usage across departments.
  • Play an active role in coaching, mentoring, and sharing expertise with trainees and peers to help build capability across the team.

What You Bring

  • Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing workforce planning
  • High level of IT literacy and strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning tools
  • Solid experience with Power BI for analysis, reporting, and visualisation
  • Experience working with Time and Attendance systems, HR administration, workforce operations, or similar data‑focused environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work across multiple functions and levels
  • Highly organised, structured, analytical, and capable of managing multiple parallel priorities
