Treasury Governance

Imagine being at the heart of maintaining the control framework and integrity of core treasury operations. You will focus on three key areas: Treasury Controls and Compliance, Financial Risk Governance, and Process and Systems Management. Your contributions will support risk mitigation strategies and enhance the operational effectiveness of treasury systems, making a significant impact on our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will monitor and ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, procedures, and control frameworks such as COSO.
• You will support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and providing explanations for treasury processes.
• You will administer user access rights and static data within treasury management systems to maintain a secure control environment.
• You will conduct periodic reviews of treasury activities to identify, report, and help remediate control deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
• You will participate in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of treasury management systems (e.g., SAP) and generate routine and ad-hoc reports on treasury activities using tools like Power BI.

What You Bring

• Having relevant experience in audit, internal control or compliance roles is a plus.
• You possess advanced English proficiency (C1 level) to communicate effectively across teams.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess complex information.
• You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• You are proactive and take ownership of projects, ensuring deadlines are met with agility.
• You hold a degree in business or engineering-related fields.
• An MBA would be a plus.

The team is responsible for a range of projects, ensuring that all operations align with internal controls and compliance standards.
