We are seeking a candidate for the position of Process Coordinator to join our Offshore Constructions Excellent Team within Polish Offshore organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supports assigned organization with professional internal services, in a specified area of competence.

  • Completes maintenance, organization, and distribution of technical or commercial records and information.

  • Conducts analysis, project/process reporting and database/data management.

  • Analyzes and designs processes, methods, and structures incl. resources and scheduling.

  • Determines specific measures (KPI's) for monitoring performance.

  • Develops programs, statistical reports, budgets, and presentations.

  • Participates in projects within the field of competence.

  • Communicates and runs training for process implementation.

  • May advise operation staff, and act as competence point of escalation.

What you need to make a difference:

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of leadingchange, we are also looking for a self-motivated team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills.

You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.

As an ideal candidate,you have/ you are:

  • Structured

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Basic commercial understanding

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience in developing, improving, and managing processes

  • Open mindset

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Intercultural working experience

  • Educational background -bachelor's in business administration; industrial engineering or similar

  • 2-3 years work experience in coordinative role (project management, process design or similar)

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
