As a Facility Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily schedules, coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain critical systems with precision. From managing preventive maintenance to supervising CAPEX and OPEX projects, your role is vital in keeping the factory’s facility and equipment safe, clean, and efficient. You’ll dive into project management, people management, and cross-departmental collaboration, review maintenance plans, and implement solutions—all while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Team: Plan daily schedules, conduct team meetings, and track task completion to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Supervise suppliers, enforce factory regulations, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain Critical Systems: Oversee inspections and maintenance while implementing fire, dust, and water prevention measures.
• Drive Project Success: Manage CAPEX and OPEX timelines, verify project documentation, and ensure proper acceptance procedures upon completion.
• Solve Technical Challenges: Identify equipment deficiencies, analyze processes, and provide solutions to improve mechanical and electrical systems.

What You Bring

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years in factory utility operations with experience in managing and leading teams, as well as cross-departmental collaborations.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with factory systems, strong and quick issue-handling skills, and project management capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to lead teams and collaborate with vendors.
• Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Decision-Making Skills: Ability to remain calm during emergencies, execute procedures, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
