As a D2D (door-to-door) Product Engineer, you’ll work closely with our commercial teams to evolve our seller app — the tool at the heart of our field operations — enabling real-time feedback, smarter customer interactions, and scalable revenue-driving features.&#xa0;</p><p>You won’t just build software — you’ll own the product end-to-end, from design and architecture to deployment and iteration. This is a role for someone who thinks in products, not just code — and who’s excited to build tools that directly impact Enpal’s mission of making clean energy accessible for all.&#xa0;</p>

Job Description

<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain core features in our door-to-door seller app, including:&#xa0;</li></ul><ol><li>Map-based interfaces for territory management&#xa0;</li><li>Real-time feedback capture tools&#xa0;</li><li>CRM-integrated features that support upselling and customer data workflows&#xa0;</li></ol><ul><li><p>Own the full development lifecycle — from product thinking and UX to deployment and scaling&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work closely with our commercial field team to iterate based on real-world usage&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive fast, high-quality releases with a lean mindset&#xa0;</p></li></ul>

Qualifications

<p><strong>Must-Have:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong frontend development skills using:&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>ReactJS, Next.js, TailwindCSS&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with a state management library (e.g. Zustand)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>A product mindset: you care about the “why,” not just the “how”&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and iterate quickly&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comfortable taking ownership across the entire stack, even if backend isn’t your main focus&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Experience deploying backends using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g. Serverless Framework, Terraform)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic design or UX skills&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working in a startup environment&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Background in Product or Business, or someone who’s transitioned from Product to Engineering — with the ability to think holistically about user needs&#xa0;</p></li></ul>
