Job Overview:

The Training Professional will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) across business operations to create and deliver employee training and write / update revision-controlled work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or applicable, equivalent, on-the-job experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience training in a corporate, higher-education or military environment.
• Ongoing educational credentials in learning and development.
• 15% to 20% travel.

Competencies:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in business operations.
• Training development and delivery.
• Understand workflows in large enterprise software such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday; Learning Management Systems; Reporting Systems.
• Advanced user of MS Office.
• Effective presentation, communication and group facilitation skills.
• Work collaboratively in a demanding, diverse, deadline-oriented, team environment.
• Dedicated motivation to learn and teach.
