Join our dynamic, forward-thinking team as a Pricing Manager (m/f/d) in our headquarter in Berlin as we revolutionize pricing systems to drive value-based decisions that enhance business performance.

  • Leverage Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced statistical methods to analyze data and develop an intelligent, adaptive pricing system that responds to market changes
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely in a diverse team of pricing managers and software engineers. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional projects with teams such as marketing and logistics, and collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers
  • Drive Pricing Strategy: Take charge of the tactical control of purchase and sales prices through our innovative pricing systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will drive concepts from start to finish, including testing, analysis, and iteration, while working in an agile environment using Jira
  • Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze business performance across our international fashion markets and platforms, identifying opportunities to maximize margins and revenue. You will utilize tools such as Big Query, Looker, and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights and track performance metrics
  • Communicate and Present Effectively: Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, clearly communicating complex pricing strategies and data-driven insights in a way that fosters understanding and supports informed decision-making
  • Educational Background: You hold a degree in economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and system thinking
  • Analytical Mindset: You have a strategic, data-driven approach and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment where you can quickly grasp and apply complex systems and algorithms
  • Professional Experience: With several years in a highly analytical role, ideally within pricing or revenue management in e-commerce, you bring a wealth of experience in data analysis, reporting, and pricing strategy
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable working with large data sets and have hands-on experience with SQL and analytic tools. Basic Python literacy is a huge plus
  • Team Player with Initiative: You are communicative, self-organized, and proactive, always ready to take the initiative and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
