Join us as a Project Manager (m/f/d) - Autonomous Driving Readiness in our Project & Portfolio Management team on a shared journey that matters!

The Project & Portfolio Management team is one centerpiece of our organization. We bring strategy and business development onto the streets in our ambitious commercialization projects taking on key roles. We connect the dots across the own organization and affiliates and reach out to partners, customers and cities creating transparency, alignment and supporting our delivery.

What you will do

• Take over the responsibility for work streams and work packages within our strategic projects
• Managing work, risks and dependencies independently ensuring transparency to your team and stakeholders
• Coordinate internally and with partners on the execution of the work stream building temporary working groups
• Collaboration with the agile product organization and teams in agreed cadences of work
• Provide transparency on the project progression through communication, tooling (Jira & Confluence) and management reporting
• Solving problems and taking on new topics that arise in the project giving conceptual and structural guidance and follow up execution

What will help you to fulfill your role 

• Some years of experience in project management both in agile and classic project environments
• Experience working in agile product development, integration and roll-out projects
• A good understanding of working in automotive or mobility sectors
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to process conceptual topics
• Collaboration and communication skills across teams and units
• Ability to consolidate and visualize information to different stakeholder levels
• Strong prioritization and risk management skills
• Experienced in working with Confluence and Jira
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
