Job Description

Engineering and execution of DCS software application development for Renewable Gas Plants:

• Programming from scratch, maintenance and updating of existent software, SCADA interface developing (mainly based on Siemens platform: TIA Portal, WinCC classic),
• Reviewing technical specifications and RfQ documentation to ensure accuracy, conformance with codes and client specifications,
• Configuration of Networking Devices (Managed Switches, Routers, DMZ Routers, Firewalls),
• Initial setup and configuration of industrial PC’s,
• Factory Acceptance Testing and commissioning of Hardware and Software including Safety Instrumented Systems, both on site and remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in DCS Software Application development (Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC classic)
• Good knowledge of IT and various bus communication protocols (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, ModbusTCP, IEC104, OPC)
• Ability to read electrical drawings and P&ID
• Stress-management and proactiveness
• Availability to travel up to 20%
• Good knowledge of English language, Italian is a plus
