Change Lead, Scalable Core

Scalable Core Program is a strategic cross-functional collaboration delivering key capability uplifts to enhance our digital core.  We bring skilled people together to design and deliver solutions which improve our efficiency for scale, while maintaining our consistent focus on safety, quality and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive an effective leader-led change management strategy on the Scalable Core Program, alongside the Chief Program Lead
• Translate key changes at persona level for impacted groups, to support the understanding of value and necessity for change
• Drive the identification and refinement of clear change targets on aggregated program level
• Consistently maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the program, building close collaboration with senior leaders and leveraging the wider matrix organization
• Develop simple and clear communication materials driving transparency and aligned with the overall digital and functional communication strategies
• Apply the global change management methodology and toolbox in Vestas - and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of it.

Qualifications

• Experience working with change programs – we expect you to bring a solid background, typically gained over 5–10 years
• PROSCI/CCMP certification or similar
• Experience working with process management or transformation
• Skills in user-driven design

Competencies 

• Solid communication, facilitation and visual collaboration skills, including business-level English (written and verbal)
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement, negotiation and interpersonal skills. You are a natural collaborator and network builder with an inclusive and transparent approach to relationship management
• Good business acumen with a focus on change management, digital transformation and business development
• Global experience working across cultures and leadership levels with experience from projects applying standardised change management principles, methodologies and best practices
• Structured thinker with project management skills
• Experience working with agile product teams
• Ability to coach and challenge leaders or other senior stakeholders as required
