Customer Service Representative Ecommerce (f/m/d) - French speaking

Your role:

We are in business to save our home planet. You’ll be helping us achieve this by supporting the people who contact us through our EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) website. From heartwarming stories to urgent questions, you will use your knowledge and passion for the outdoors, and environmental impact, to provide a great experience to our customers and community.

Main tasks: 

• Respond to calls and emails from Patagonia EMEA customers in a supportive and professional manner

• Order management tasks such as entering orders, making adjustments, handling cancellations and returns and issuing credit notes and invoices

• When needed, being a point of contact for our Pro community and corporate customers (individuals and companies who share our values)

• Monitor any issues with deliveries and returns, as well as processing returns and repairs

• Proactively troubleshooting and making suggestions to improve our processes

• Assisting in proof-reading the EMEA website and translate, when needed

What we’re looking for:

• A love of the outdoors

• A passion for saving our home planet and making a positive impact through your work

• Experience in delivering a high-quality service to customers, handling a wide range of questions and issues

• Language Skills: Native in French and Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service skills and deliver a high-quality service to both internal and external clients

• Flexible and adaptable

• Possess a team work mindset

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work on own initiative

• Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work

• Resourcefulness in problem-solving

It’s a plus if you also have the following:

• Experience working in an international environment (this could be in an employment or educational setting)

Other important details:

• This is a full time position, based in Amsterdam

• We have a hybrid work model, working from home for maximum 3 days per week
