As a documentation coordinator, you will be responsible for creating documentation needed for export and import purposes. This includes setting up the order, creating deliveries and invoices in SAP. You will be facing errors in SAP, which needs to be raised.

How to contribute to our vision 

• Create orders, deliveries and invoices in SAP

• Proactively initiate solving SAP errors e.g., extending materials

• Check correctness of GAIs against logistic value flow​

• Initiate creation of needed certificates relating to import restrictions

What You Need to Make a Difference 

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… 

• Experience with SAP

• A proactive colleague with good coordinating skills and a positive mindset to new challenges

• You have a good eye for details

• Good communication skills

• English level: Advanced

• Previous experience in operational roles would be a plus
