As Fleet Owner and Sales Support for Steam Turbines (FOS), you are the local PCC contact for the Asia Pacific region regarding overhauls, repairs, modifications and technical studies. Together with internal experts, you develop tailored solutions, prepare customer offers and negotiate contracts to grow our steam turbine service business sustainably.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead country strategy with the regional sales team, drive projects and grow the steam turbine fleet.
• Prepare quotations—supported by cost calculations—while meeting internal financial targets and acting as PCC project manager for won orders.
• Conduct market analysis and manage budgeting/reporting for the region.
• Build stakeholder networks through regular customer visits, seminars and tenders.

What You Bring

• Master’s/Bachelor’s in engineering or industrial engineering.
• ≥5 years of energy-sector experience; steam-turbine knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and accountability for regional financials and growth.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Asia Pacific.
