We are actively seeking HR professionals with disabilities who care about people, fairness, and building inclusive workplaces.

As part of our People & Culture team, you will help shape employee experiences across the full lifecycle — from hiring to development — and support a diverse, international workforce.

Your exact responsibilities will be tailored to your strengths, interests, and accessibility needs.

What you will do to drive the energy transition:

• Support recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes

• Assist with employee lifecycle topics such as contracts, data management, or payroll coordination

• Help ensure HR processes are transparent, compliant, and people-centric

• Collaborate with managers, employees, and external partners

• Contribute to initiatives around inclusion, development, and culture

What you will need on that journey:

You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.

• A background or strong interest in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar

• First experience in HR-related topics (academic, professional, or voluntary)

• Empathy, discretion, and strong communication skills

• A structured working style and attention to detail

• Enjoy working with people in a collaborative environment
