How to contribute to our vision

Main responsibilities of the position are:

  • Responsible of design for reliability process, by defining and assessing reliability requirements for new products designed
  • Define the deliverables in our New Product Development process for each project gates, develop necessary procedures and guidelines
  • Be the focal point inside within our Technology team regarding reliability, developing the technical knowledge across the product platforms
  • Analyze fleet data and assess product reliability, support product designers to identify measures to ensure required reliability
  • Collaborate with reliability teams across the company

What you need to make a difference

  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and strong communication- and project management skills
  • You have shown ability to implement and bring concepts to live in a fast moving and changing environment
  • You are committed to deadlines and show ownership on your assignments
  • You are Team-player with a can-do attitude, open to feedback from peers and managers and willingness to learn and develop
  • You must be able to work independently in cross-functional initiatives with a variety of stakeholders and work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • You have a strong quality and result orientation

Position Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or similar
  • Work experience of 3-5 years in data analytics and applied reliability methods, preferably within wind industry product development environment
  • International work experience e.g., as part of an international project team or working abroad including strong English proficiency
  • General broad understanding of- and interest in Wind Turbine technology and underlying principles
  • Good communication skills are required to discuss analysis and results.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance
  • Familiar with SAP and tools for Product Lifecycle management, such as Teamcenter
