Performs functionally specialized administration tasks.
  • Plan, schedule and deploy fully qualified and medically fit Polish resources in line with departmental execution of all Jack Up Operations Critical Task activities
  • Pro-actively manage all training certification & expiry dates for the Polish Technicians & Subcontractor pool of Jack Up Operations resources. Liaise with the Siemens Gamesa Global Training Department to ensure all training requirements & re-certification is kept up to date (to allow continuous operation)
  • Working Closely with Customer and Jack Up Operations Project Managers and Technical PM's to optimise the scheduling and work patterns to deliver planned work scope, including pro-active maintenance of manning levels on any given project
  • Support with the control & management of Technician hours, allowances, hour’s burn rate, expenses, salary review
  • Supporting the finance teams with Purchase Orders and Invoice approvals, both in Poland
  • Assist management and team on a daily basis

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • This role requires someone who has previous experience of working in a complex and large environment interfacing with multiple stakeholders. You will have experience of working within a logistics/planning function and be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder skills, internal and external
  • Experience using SAP
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be an organised individual who can handle multiple conflicting priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of wind industry. Good knowledge of Siemens Turbine types beneficial
  • Working to processes and procedures
  • To be part of a dedicated major projects team to carry out warranty and maintenance work in line with company manuals and standards
