Do you love bringing structure to chaos and being a host at heart? Then you're in the right place! As an Office Experience Manager at momox , you are the soul of our office – making sure everything runs smoothly and all momoxians feel welcome and inspired.

The position is available immediately as a full-time role – Monday to Friday, with an annual gross salary of up to €37,000 (approx. €18/hour, up to €3,100 gross/month) plus benefits. We believe that real connections happen in person – that’s why this role is based onsite at our Berlin office near Ostkreuz.

• Shaping office vibes: You bring structure and a breath of fresh air to our office routines – organized, creative, and focused on what matters

• Front desk & hospitality: You greet our guests warmly – in both German and English – and create an atmosphere where everyone feels at home

• The go-to person in everyday life: You coordinate suppliers and service providers, and you keep track of mail, office supplies, calendar management, and room bookings

• Travel planning pro: You reliably manage all travel bookings for our employees

• Numbers under control: You handle petty cash, check invoices, and obtain quotes for office and business supplies

• Boosting team spirit: Whether it’s a summer party or a team event – you contribute your ideas and help plan and organize our internal events

• Facility finesse: You work closely with the Facility Team and keep an eye on the small details that make a big difference

• Experience matters: You’ve already worked in office management, events, or hospitality and know how to keep things running smoothly

• Organizational talent: You’re structured, independent, and stay cool and collected even in hectic moments

• Digital confidence: You’re proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Bilingual communication: You speak fluent German and English and feel at home in an international environment
